Farms
Walking Bird Farm is a family-owned and operated farm in Galloway Township, New Jersey, growing 40 acres of vegetables, berries, flowers, and herbs. Farmers Jen & Ryan LaMonaca took over the historic property in 2020, blending Jen's background in environmental research with a deep commitment to protecting the local land and wildlife. Open to the public with u-pick crops, u-cut flowers, and a farm store, Walking Bird Farm is dedicated to connecting local farmers, artisans, and foodies while providing the community with high-quality produce and a meaningful on-farm experience.
Working Dog Farms is a first-generation, female-owned farm in Galloway, New Jersey, established in 2022 by a husband-and-wife team. Specializing in chicken eggs and seasonal produce, the farm offers family-friendly experiences throughout the year, from pumpkin picking to fresh farm stand offerings. With a personal, customer-forward approach, Working Dog Farms is dedicated to strengthening the local community by providing clean, locally grown food and accessible outdoor family experiences for all ages.
Ramblin' Sol Farm is a first-generation, family-run organic farm rooted on 8 acres in Cream Ridge, New Jersey. Founded by farmers with backgrounds in horticulture and environmental science, the farm has grown alongside their family while serving a CSA community of about 250 members. Focused on flexibility, transparency, and good neighborly values, Ramblin' Sol Farm is dedicated to strengthening the health of local families and empowering the community to navigate an uncertain world through fresh, organic food.
Rancocas Creek Farm is a 72-acre chemical-free farm in Southampton, New Jersey, launched by the Pinelands Alliance in 2020 on land donated by Cindy Yingling and the Eni family. Led by farmer Jeff Tober, the farm grows hundreds of varieties of fresh, seasonal produce while restoring the land through regenerative practices like tree planting, cover cropping, and stormwater management. Rooted in a mission of environmental stewardship, Rancocas Creek Farm supports its CSA members and local community while giving back through partnerships with organizations like NJ Farmers Against Hunger and the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen.
Folks Farm & Market is a 28-acre restoration project bringing new life to a historic peach and apple orchard in Moorestown, New Jersey, farmed by the Reidenbaker family since the late 1800s. In 2022, John Reidenbaker partnered with Bryce and Annie Kulik to protect the land from development and restore it to health, growing heirloom tomatoes, vegetables, and hundreds of new fruit trees. Rooted in community and stewardship, Folks Farm & Market is dedicated to preserving this historic land while creating a lively gathering place through classes, seasonal events, and connection with neighbors.
Watts Organic Farm is a Certified Organic farm in Pittsgrove (Elmer), New Jersey, run by Farmer Dave Watts. The farm grows organic fresh produce, herbs, cut flowers, and bonsai, alongside non-GMO, pasture-raised poultry for eggs and meat. Guided by a mission to connect people to the earth, Watts Organic Farm is dedicated to educating the public about agriculture and the environment while promoting a healthier, more sustainable community and planet.
